CineSat being ported to latest Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

The CineSat spring release 2023 will run on all RedHat- and Debian-based systems.
After some irritation introduced by recent RedHat-based distributions, we are currently porting CineSat also to the Debian and Ubuntu Linux world.
We have selected the Ubuntu 22.04 LTS operating system as a very convenient development platform for Ubuntu software - and the Ubuntu based Zorin OS 16 Pro distribution as a perfect Linux replacement for Windows desktops.
