CineSat Imaging at DWD

MSG color composite of two visible channels and the near infra-red channel

CineSat successfully processes MSG images since July 2003.
The German Weather Service DWD was among the first to use the new MSG data operationally. After several years of experience with CineSat for Meteosat processing, DWD selected CineSat as core imaging system for all geostationary satellites.

CineSat goes Olympia

In spring 2004, the Hellenic National Meteorological Service awarded a contract for CineSat systems in support of weather analysis and prediction during the Olympic Games.
